Do You Swag?....If Not You Could Be Earning Free Stuff like Amazon Gift Cards for Doing Nothing that You Do Not Alreaedy Do!!!!!

Do you swag?

If you do, then you know what this means.  If you do not let me explain.

Swagging is a great way to earn things like Amazon gift cards for free, just for searching or doing other things online that you would already be doing.

It is 100% free to sign up with Swagbucks and you can easily start making money for yourself right away.

Personally I always choose the Amazon gift cards.  They are just 450 points for a $5 card.  This is what I typically get because I have a Kindle and my son has a Kindle.  Plus I love shopping on Amazon.  Right now I am saving my Swagbucks earned gift cards for some things that we need for the house.

I have friends who earn tons of money in gift cards on there by watching videos, doing the special offers, etc.  For me I just use the toolbar search engine field instead of using Google like I did in the past.  Even if I know the website's URL I still search for it, that one extra click is adding up big and helping me to be able to earn free money on Amazon.

So what are you waiting for?  If you have not signed up already with Swagbucks then you need to.  Agian it is completely free and something that you can easily use to be able to earn yourself some money to spend.

Here are some of the things that you could be earning for FREE.  I get about 700-1000 Swagbucks per month if I use the toolbar all month long.

539 SB--infant medicine dispenser
Munchkin The Medicator

379 SB--outlet covers, everyone with a baby/toddler is going to need some of these at some point

Mommy's Helper Outlet Plugs, 12-Pack

589 SB--stay put plate (in your choice of different colors)

Saucers Stay-Put Plate

I just purchased these at Buy Buy Baby!!!  I wish that I had known that I could have gotten them for free, they are such a cool thing!
569 SB Pop Pals (again in your choice of colors)

Pop Pals (2 Pack)

659 SB Boon Snack Ball (they're $6.49 on Amazon)
Snack Ball Container

14,179 SB Leap Pad Learning System

LeapFrog LeapPad Explorer

There are hundreds of other items available.  I just tried to highlight those that moms with kids might want and show that there are actually high quality good items and stuff that you would use and not just items of no interest.

Where I Have Been

Hello All!

I just wanted to update you a bit as to where I have been.  Our new schedule is in full swing and things have gotten crazy at our house.  Now that I know what to expect and that our routine is down I know that I will be able to post more frequently and on a more regular basis.

That being said I want to apologize to you for seeming to fall off of the grid and for letting things with my blog slide a bit.  I was very ill and just not doing well so I ended up sick and trying to figureo ut what was going on with my health.  At the time we just had no clue what was up.  Thankfully I was finally diagnosed and I am on medications that are there to help me feel better and more like myself.

The only side effects that I have noticed was that I was so tired in the beginning but it would appear that I am finally coming out of that and that I am starting to feel more like myself and more normal overall.

Thanks for standing by and waiting for my return and please let me know if you have questions/concerns.  I am going to be posting a lot over the next few days including updates to the black Friday giveaway.

I am really happy to be back with you and happy to be able to write and share a bit of my life and some of my favorite things with you on Everything for Modern Moms.

Thanks again!

Amanda

Review Kickypants

Kicky Pants Retail Shopping

So this is going to be part one of my review of Kicky Pants for a couple of different reasons.  One of these is that I got them in the next size up for Miss Adeline and they are too big now.  I will post a little update and pictures when she is big enough to wear them.  I was so excited when I got notification from Kicky Pants that they were willing to work with me on my blog.  They are a super high quality children's line that I have heard a ton about but had just never tried because I could not see and feel them before ordering.  I can say that I sincerely wish that I had been buying these for my children all along because they are amazing.  The sleeper that I received is the absolutely softest sleeper that I have ever felt in my life.  This is saying a lot since I have four children and have purchased my fair share of sleepers.

The thing that is best about Kicky Pants is that they are made from all natural bamboo and while you mightnot think that bamboo would be this soft, it is truly amazing.  I would have never been one to think that something would be better b/c it was natural or organic.  This company has changed my mind and I now understand why some moms have decided that their children will only wear certain materials.

Plus these are some of the cutest pajamas that I have ever seen.  They have so many adorable details that I put them on my little one all of the time because she looks so cute in them.  I think that little Miss Adeline looks amazing in this pair of footies.  If you'd like to check out what is currently available from Kickypants, you too can check out their footies.

Here is how the footies look on their own.

This is my favorite part of the footies.  The  ruffles on the butt and if you take note there are not only ruffles on the butt but also on the legs, these are just too cute in my opinion.

Kicky Pants is a great company that is family owned and operated.  The idea behind the designs that are created is that children need to be unrestricted in their clothing and that their clothing should celebrate their innocence.  The company owners, Erin and Nick, seem to be the typical parents that just wanted something better for their little ones so they set out to create it.

Kicky Pants are even a favorite of Hollywood parents and if you look at magazines a lot you are likely to have seen Kicky Pants on a variety of different star's children.

Now here is my favorite part.  I get to show you my favorite styles of Kicky Pants clothes!

Since Althea is such a little dress lover I obviouly am attracted to dresses in her size.  So I am going to show you a few of my favorite that Kicky Pants had to offer.

I love this Pleated Dress with Leggings in Grapevine and Lotus Stripe.  Plus it is priced comparable to most high quality  brands at $52, for the set.

Another of the Print Ruffle Footies that I love is this one in Orchid Lattice.  One additional great thing about this brand is that it comes in sizes up to 6, so you can still put ruffles on the butt of your bigger girls.  I think that Althea would look great in this footie and it is priced the same as the one that we got for review at $38.

I love the Piece Print Double Layer Tee in Boy Multi Animal.  I just think for a long sleeve mock double layer tee that this is one of the cutest that I have seen.  The price of this one is just $27.

I think that these Print Pants in  Twilight Stripe look like they would instantly be my son's favorite.  They have to be comfortable and super soft coming from Kicky Pants and they are so cute with the above shirt.  I think that this might go on mommy's Christmas clothes list as one of the outfits for my little man.  The pants are just $24.

Last but not least, there are some of the cutest outfits ever available for babies from Kicky Pants.  This is one of those companies that I wish that I had discovered when my baby was a newborn because there would have been so much that I would have "had to have" for her.  I personally love the Pleated Dress with Leggings in Lotus Pear and Grapevine.  It too is $52 for the set.

I also want to point out that Kicky Pants has some of the cutest newborn gift sets that I have ever seen and I am definitely going to be noting them for any future baby shower purchases because they are just so adorable.  I personally love the print newborn gift set in Harvest Tree and Lilac Snail but to be honest they are all absolutely adorable and priced perfectly for a gift at $38 each for the entire set.

Killed My Laptop, Well Sort Of

So as you have probably all noticed, I have not really be on here as often as I typically am.  I am super crazy and bummed because my laptop has basically bit the dust.  The screen no longer works so it is set up like a home based computer.  This set up is driving me crazy because it means no working from the living room while the kiddos are running around playing.  Instead I have to actually go off by myself and work.  I will be really ready to get that new laptop after the new year.  Sadly I just can not afford it until then.  Anyways I just wanted to let you all in on what was going on.

Review Tea Collection

Tea Collection is one of those companies that I have recently found and fallen in love with.  They make some of the most adorable children's clothing that I have ever seen.  What's even better is that they have clothes for my youngest, Adeline, who is nine months old as well as my oldest, Andrew, who is nine years old.  This does not happen often and if it does then generally the company does not have clothes that Andrew loves.  However with Tea Collection all of my children have been happy with their clothes and they are quickly becoming some of my favorite pieces.

I have owned some Tea Collection clothes for my girls recently.  I had bought both of them a dress and a pair of leggings.  Then I was lucky enough to get in contact with them and they offered me some items for each of my children for review.  Their offer was very generous considering that I have four children.

I received the Peli Stripe Hoddie (retail $30) and the Sejong Dragon Pants (retail $49.50) for my oldest Andrew.  The quality of the clothing is amazing and the embroidery is very high quality.  I was very impressed with the quality of all of the items but the embroidery really impressed me.  Plus as an added bonus, Andrew thinks that the embroidery is awesome so that means that it will be easier for me to get him to actually put on something that I like.

Then it was as if the company knew my children.  They sent my little Princess, Althea, the Mikko Floral Bubble Dress (retail price of $35).  This is perfect since she loves dresses more than anything else. Plus the leggings that I had already bought match perfectly so that was an added bonus.

For Huxley I received the Carlclops tee (retail value $30) and the Super Side Stripe Pants (retail value $30).  This outfit really reminds me of Huxley and he LOVES it.  Everyday he tries to get me to let him wear the shirt but it is being saved for family pictures so he has to wait until after next Sunday.

Finally I recieved an adorable outfit for Miss Adeline.  The Pikku Kani Stripe baby top (retail value $26) and the Cargo  Gypsy baby pants (retail value $22) were sent to me.  I love both of these and honestly from looking at the pictures online I would not have picked them but I know that in the future these little things will not be overlooked because I like them so much.

Of course you might all be wondering why there are no pictures with my kiddos in these adorable clothes.  Well the reason is that they are something that I am saving for family or individual pictures that will be posted in the next few weeks.  I just knew that the photographer would get better pictures than I could so I figured I could wait to show them off on my little cuties.

Now for another of my favorite things to do.  I'm going to show you some favorites that I have from Tea at this time.  To be completely honest these are probably going to be my kiddo's Christmas outfits this year.  I always get them a new outfit or two (as in this case) and these are the ones that I'm going to pick up for this year.

For Althea and Adeline

The Winter Wildflower dress (retail value $29) is just too cute for words.  I love this one!  There is also the Winter Wildflower Layer Dress (retail value $35) that I also really like!  I love that these dresses coordinate but are not too matchy matchy.  I love to dress my girls the same but I hate for them to be exact matches of each other.

The other dress that I plan on picking up for them is the Stockholm Border Dress (retail value $39).  It comes in two different colors so they can match but not match all at the same time.

There are many others that I simply love but none that I feel will be as appropriate for the holidays as these two will.

Of course I will be picking up some leggings to be worn underneath these.  The Skinny Stretch Leggings (retail value $22) come in the perefect shades to be worn under the Winter Wildflower dresses.  There is one the darker color of trim and one the lighter color of the trim.  I do notice that for some reason the two colors do not look at that different on here but they are on the website when you see them next to each other.  Then there are the Skinny Stripe Leggings (retail value $22) that would look great under the Stockholm Border dresses.

While Tea offers so many things that I love for my girls that I could just keep shopping, there are also things that will be great on my little men.  I love the Hinderland Plaid Shirt (retail $39).  For my modern boys I plan on pairing this with the Wanderer Tee (retail $30) and Forest Fox Tee (retail $30).  So again matching but not too matchy matchy!  I also like the Hikers Stripe Henley (retail $36).  Andrew has the most beautiful brown eyes and Huxley has some gorgeous baby blues so the colors are even perfect to compliment their eyes.

As far as pants are concerned.  I like the Awesome Cords (retail $39) and the Just Jeans (retail $49).

Remember Tea Collection for any clothing needs that you have in the future for your kiddos.  Also remember that I will be featuring a giveaway from Tea as part of my huge Black Friday giveaway.
